Job Description

We are looking for a Director of Sales to lead and scale a growing team and sales org. You'll own strategy, performance, systems, and structure-while building a world-class culture of results, growth, and accountability. This is a high-impact, high-visibility leadership role at the heart of our growth.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow a team of closers, setters, and support staff

  • Mentor the Head Sales Coach & RevOps Manager

  • Optimize the full sales funnel (show ? demo ? close)

  • Own CRM strategy, reporting, and sales ops (HubSpot)

  • Partner with marketing, ops, and fulfillment teams

  • Test offers, scale processes, and drive revenue growth


What We're Looking For

  • Proven success scaling B2B sales teams in fast-growth environments

  • Data-driven, process-focused, and a strong people leader

  • HubSpot experience preferred (or quick to learn)

  • Clear communicator, coach, and builder

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or construction SaaS
  • HubSpot Expertise
